01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 09 Bat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet at 09 Bat, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the 09 Bat platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotions and any other features made available to registered players. 03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only at 09 Bat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 09 Bat account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any changes to account settings. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 09 Bat support immediately.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 09 Bat account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 09 Bat support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

09 Bat will never contact you by email, live chat or phone to ask for your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 09 Bat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. No other payment methods are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit at 09 Bat is ৳20. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account wallet section. There are no fees charged by 09 Bat on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Deposits are typically credited to your 09 Bat account within a few minutes of confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on the same account.
• 09 Bat reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds deposited at 09 Bat must be used for betting purposes and cannot be immediately withdrawn without any wagering activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

09 Bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all 09 Bat bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your 09 Bat account in BDT and can only be used on eligible games.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 09 Bat reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotion.

If you have an active bonus at 09 Bat and wish to make a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. Only your original deposit balance (minus any losses) will be available for withdrawal.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available at 09 Bat — including slots, live casino tables, Dragon and Tiger, Megaways titles and roulette — are operated under certified fair play standards. RNG-based games use independently audited random number generators. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in real time.

By placing a bet at 09 Bat, you acknowledge that:

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable regulations. 09 Bat does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and the 09 Bat platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. Financial data is handled through secure, certified payment processors.

09 Responsible Gaming

09 Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

11 Limitation of Liability
